Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. Change requests received outside of 14 days of arrival will incur a $100.00 Change Fee. Changes are not permitted within 14 days of arrival.

We love the boutique, cozy atmosphere of the Sitzmark. It has a family-operated style but provides all the comforts and amenities expected in a luxury resort. My favorite part of the day is curling up next to the fireplace in the newly renovated lobby!

Sitzmark Vail is 100 yards to the Gondola One and ticket offices at the base of Vail Mountain.

The hotel offers limited paid parking at our hotel for vehicles under 7ft. Please reach out to our front desk for any additional questions you may have.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast from 7:15am to 9:30am. Enjoy fresh pastries, fruit, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, variety of breakfast sandwiches or burritos.

The hotel offers both a hot tub and pool on the second floor looking over the Gore Range mountains and Vail village.

We wouldn’t travel without our pets and neither do we expect you to! We are dog friendly and allow one dog per room for an additional nightly charge of $50 plus tax. No more than one dog is permitted in each room.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel or on our property (including balconies, patios and entryways).

High speed Wi-Fi is included in the resort fee.

The Penthouse has air conditioning.

All guestrooms will have air conditioning upon the completion of the renovation in Summer 2024.

A valid form of government issued identification is required to check-in along with a valid form of payment, such as a major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Government issued identification includes driver license, passport, or military identification.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. However, we encourage all our guests to drop off your luggage prior and start your adventure!

Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

You can request early check-in or late checkout by calling the Front Desk at 970.476.5001. Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and is based on availability; additional charges may apply.

The resort fee includes breakfast offerings, hot tub and pool access, use of ski storage room, discounts for ski rentals, cruiser bike rentals, high-speed wifi, daily housekeeping, use of fitness center, seasonal Après Ski.
