Youngest daughter of long-time owners Bob and Helen, Jeanne is the next generation of the Fritch family to carry on the Sitzmark traditions. Growing up in the hotel, Jeanne is no stranger to the commitment and hard work it takes to provide guests with a quality, comfortable space. Over the years she has held every job from folding laundry to painting rooms and front desk operations. Jeanne spent many years forging her own path, gaining knowledge and experience away from Vail and the hotel industry. But the family business was always in her heart. In 2008 Jeanne rejoined the Sitzmark as Manager and has now taken the reins from her parents as Owner.

Adam grew up in Colorado and has been snowboarding and skiing since he was 18 months old. He loves spending time in the outdoors. He and his girlfriend focus a lot of their activities around their new puppy, Ripley – camping, paddle boarding, and fishing. He is very excited to join the Sitzmark, get to know our guests, and help you maximize your vacation enjoyment. His passion for guest service and wealth of hospitality experience is a great addition to our front desk team.
